Maximising Efficiency and Reducing Stress: Optimising Work Distribution for Customer-Focused Desk Workers

The Problem

A business came to us, confused about why their staff members’ performance capacity and productivity were so low. The owner of the business had observed that the department’s operations were inefficient, despite the workers being stressed and overworked.
