A business came to us, confused about why their staff members’ performance capacity and productivity were so low. The owner of the business had observed that the department’s operations were inefficient, despite the workers being stressed and overworked.
To address this issue, we conducted regular observations. We also used an online tool to monitor each worker’s performance and work hours. This enabled us to identify that one worker was overworked while the others were being underutilised, enabling us to reallocate the job roles to enhance efficiency.
Consequently, the revised work distribution has improved overall productivity, with the team operating more smoothly, and the workers’ stress levels being significantly reduced. This will lead to projected growth in turnover because efficiency and productivity are enhanced.
