Robert (Shimon to friends) studied Information Systems BSc at the University of Leeds. He then worked as a Senior Business Analyst and IT Project Manager for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the City of London. Specialising in liquidity during the recession of 2008, Robert developed extensive experience in IT analysis, project management and stakeholder management.
In addition to his academic qualifications, he has obtained professional qualifications with ISEB and Prince2. Robert is also a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and The Institute of Consulting.
Throughout the past decade, he has coached and advised on recruitment, HR and staff management to thousands of clients. Robert has used his finance and analytical skills together with his experience and IT technical knowledge to implement key systems and processes within a range of organisations. His methods enable business growth in a meaningful and practical way. Precision Management Consulting is specifically set up for companies that are experiencing growth but are not sure how to manage this growth.
Robert works with a team of experienced consultants in the fields of Finance (ACCA), IT and Marketing to ensure that all clients within Precision Management Consulting are given specialist support and advice. SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
Paul is an experienced Chartered Accountant (ACCA) who has worked in a number of industries within senior financial roles.
He works with Precision Management Consulting as our Senior Financial Consultant. Paul typically helps clients with their budgets, management accounts, end-of-year accounts and analyses of profit margins.
When he is not working on projects with Precision, he acts as the Financial Controller for a nationwide not-for-profit organisation and is responsible for multiple budgets totalling over £45m.
Naomi is our Financial Consultant who helps companies on the front line. She is fully qualified from ICB and, among many other IT systems, she is an expert in QuickBooks, Xero and Sage.
She has had numerous roles within the finance industry, including financial management and advanced bookkeeping roles.
At Precision Management Consulting, Naomi is responsible for ensuring that the finances are accurate and completed to a high standard on a monthly basis. Naomi is highly analytical and thorough, regularly challenging assumptions to ensure all of our information is correct and meaningful.
Mark has years of experience focussing on responsive IT support. He has expertise in business focused IT hardware, EPOS systems for retail and both wired and wireless networking solutions.
He is a Microsoft 365 partner and specialises in getting businesses into the cloud with solutions from Intune Remote Management to SharePoint and Exchange Online.
He is well known for making client satisfaction the overriding priority.
Chris is an established, experienced & award-winning videographer & video editor, specialising in corporate video work.
Always aiming to deliver quality results that help best present your business to the world, his past clients include the likes of Amazon, Microsoft & Coca-Cola.
An accomplished professional with a First-Class Honours degree from a Russell Group University. With years’ of experience as a professional copywriter, they have crafted compelling content across diverse industries.
