Robert Woolfson
Director /
Business Consultant
Robert (Shimon to friends) studied Information Systems BSc at the University of Leeds. He then worked as a Senior Business Analyst and IT Project Manager for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the City of London. Specialising in liquidity during the recession of 2008, Robert developed extensive experience in IT analysis, project management and stakeholder management.
In addition to his academic qualifications, he has obtained professional qualifications with ISEB and Prince2. Robert is also a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and The Institute of Consulting.
Throughout the past decade, he has coached and advised on recruitment, HR and staff management to thousands of clients. Robert has used his finance and analytical skills together with his experience and IT technical knowledge to implement key systems and processes within a range of organisations. His methods enable business growth in a meaningful and practical way. Precision Management Consulting is specifically set up for companies that are experiencing growth but are not sure how to manage this growth.
Robert works with a team of experienced consultants in the fields of Finance (ACCA), IT and Marketing to ensure that all clients within Precision Management Consulting are given specialist support and advice. John Dalrymple
CFO (Chief Financial Officer) & Management Accountant
John brings many years of senior finance experience to the team. He has held large senior roles managing large budgets and complex financial operations across sectors such as tech, financial services, and oil and gas.
He has handled substantial budgets, including a £650 million turnover at Apleona Group, a £90 million revenue operation at Creditfix Holdings, and extensive cash flow and treasury management in multinational settings.
He has expertise in fundraising, cash flow optimisation, M&A, and preparing businesses for exit. He excels in transformation and change management, establishing best-in-class finance functions, and implementing robust cash management and forecasting systems.
John also focuses on KPI development, budget control, and operational improvements that drive long-term growth and sustainability. His experience spans securing equity and debt funding, optimising cost structures, and partnering closely with senior teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Andrea Cooley
Management Accountant
Andrea is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Specialising in providing high-level financial direction for organisations, she has excelled in roles such as Finance Director and Financial Controller across various industries, including fintech, consultancy, and start-ups.
Andrea has expertise in FRS 102, cash flow management, budget analysis, and management accounts, with a strong focus on compliance, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency consolidations.
Known for her ability to develop industry-specific KPIs, she effectively guides financial strategy, drives procedural improvements, and supports key business objectives for sustainable growth.
Her experience includes overseeing finance functions for organisations with multiple international subsidiaries and managing substantial budgets to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Daniel Mirwis
Business Systems & Processes Consultant
Daniel is a consultant specialising in business systems, processes, and digital transformation. He has expertise in finance, ERP, inventory, and Work OS systems.
He has extensive experience managing operational and financial functions in leadership roles.
His background includes commercial management, business process optimisation, and managerial finance, positioning him as a strategic advisor for businesses undergoing digital and operational transformations.
Paul Shenholds
Senior Finance Consultant
Paul is an experienced Chartered Accountant (ACCA) who has worked in a number of industries within senior financial roles.
He works with Precision Management Consulting as our Senior Financial Consultant. Paul typically helps clients with their budgets, management accounts, end-of-year accounts and analysis of profit margins.
When he is not working on projects with Precision, he acts as the Financial Controller for a nationwide not-for-profit organisation and is responsible for multiple budgets totalling over £45m.
