Robert Woolfson
Director /
Business Consultant
Robert (Shimon to friends) studied Information Systems BSc at the University of Leeds. He then worked as a Senior Business Analyst and IT Project Manager for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the City of London. Specialising in liquidity during the recession of 2008, Robert developed extensive experience in IT analysis, project management and stakeholder management.
In addition to his academic qualifications, he has obtained professional qualifications with ISEB and Prince2. Robert is also a member of The Institute of Leadership and Management and The Institute of Consulting.
Throughout the past decade, he has coached and advised on recruitment, HR and staff management to thousands of clients. Robert has used his finance and analytical skills together with his experience and IT technical knowledge to implement key systems and processes within a range of organisations. His methods enable business growth in a meaningful and practical way. Precision Management Consulting is specifically set up for companies that are experiencing growth but are not sure how to manage this growth.
Robert works with a team of experienced consultants in the fields of Finance (ACCA), IT and Marketing to ensure that all clients within Precision Management Consulting are given specialist support and advice. This collaborative organisation makes us unique in delivering long-term, clear solutions for the companies that we take pride in supporting.
Paul Shenholds
Senior Finance Consultant
Paul is an experienced Chartered Accountant (ACCA) who has worked in a number of industries within senior financial roles.
He works with Precision Management Consulting as our Senior Financial Consultant. Paul typically helps clients with their budgets, management accounts, end-of-year accounts and analysis of profit margins.
When he is not working on projects with Precision, he acts as the Financial Controller for a nationwide not-for-profit organisation and is responsible for multiple budgets totalling over £45m.
Daniel Mirwis
Business Systems & Processes Consultant
Daniel is a consultant specialising in business systems, processes, and digital transformation. He has expertise in finance, ERP, inventory, and Work OS systems.
He has extensive experience managing operational and financial functions in leadership roles.
His background includes commercial management, business process optimisation, and managerial finance, positioning him as a strategic advisor for businesses undergoing digital and operational transformations.
Josh Martin
Management Accountant
Josh is an accomplished financial consultant with extensive experience in strategic financial management and economic modelling.
Over his career, he has successfully managed budgets exceeding $10 million and led teams of up to 30 individuals. With a background in law and medical engineering, Josh brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to financial consulting. His expertise includes regulatory compliance, data-driven decision-making, and creating innovative financial tools that drive efficiency and growth.
A Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, Josh is committed to delivering exceptional value and strategic insights to clients.

Annabel is an experienced financial consultant and FCCA-qualified accountant with a strong track record in financial leadership.
She has successfully managed budgets of up to £40 million and led teams of up to 15 people across various industries, including technology, retail, and hospitality. Annabel specialises in financial strategy, business growth, and implementing efficient reporting systems.

With experience overseeing financial operations for both SMEs and large organisations, including the BBC and TalkTalk, Lindsey specialises in setting up finance functions, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic insights to drive business success.

Jason Wright

Jason specialises in budgeting, forecasting, and producing monthly management accounts to support strategic decision-making.
